ADO Preschool Closure
In line with the government directive released on Wednesday 18th March 2020, the ADO Preschool Nursery will be closing and will not be open until further notice on Monday 23rd March 2020.
Following today's confirmed advice from the Bexley Early Years team, all nurseries will be closed on Monday to all children, the only exception to this is, if they are serving vulnerable children (with EHC Plans or Children’s Social Care involvement) or the children of Keyworkers. For further information on designated Keyworkers, please click HERE>
ADO have confirmed that we are not in a position to meet these exceptions, therefore we will be closing our setting in line with the government directive.
For those parent-carers who have paid their private fees for the Spring Term, you will be refunded with any remaining days and sessions you have paid for up to the normal end of Spring term. For those parent-carers who have already paid their Summer Term fees, in advance, these will be refunded under our normal terms and conditions.
Parent-Carer Keyworker Options
Due to the short notice the Bexley Early Years team have had to arrange these services, they have yet to provide any details to date on Preschools or services that will be open to support Keyworkers and vulnerable children. If you wish to find out more, you will need to access the Bexley Early Years web pages. If we have any further information in the coming days, we will pass this on to our service users as applicable.
In these extremely difficult times, as many businesses have collapsed and closed, it is with the upmost importance that ADO ensure that we can survive this indefinite period so that we can continue our services when restrictions are lifted. Indications are that restrictions will be in place at least 12 weeks, more likely longer. We have had to put in place business survival measures for up to 4 months, hoping we can come out this disaster with a business that can continue.
We wish all our service users the very best and hope that your health remains strong.
